Does it cost more to hire more than 1 person from the CVs received?
No, our fee is a flat fee per role and you may recruit as many staff you require from the CVs you receive.
When are CVs and candidate management spreadsheet sent?
The CVs are hand filtered and the best candidates sent to you as soon as they are received. You will receive a CV with the candidates contact information. At the end of each week (Friday) a candidate management spreadsheet will be sent to you with all the successful candidates that have applied to the job.
What types of vacancy can you recruit for?
We are confident that we will be able to find suitable candidates as you will be advertising on the biggest job boards. Your account manager will choose the best category for your job title to ensure your job gets the best coverage. If you wish to discuss the category options then please discuss this with your account manager.
What guarantees are there?
Our guarantee is simple. For the Impact and Standard packs, if you do not receive a minimum of 5 CVs we will re-advertise your vacancy free of charge. For the Premium service if you do not receive a minimum of 5 CVs after the advertising period we will provide a free Impact advertising package free of charge. The guarantee will only apply if payment has been made within the 14 day invoice period.
How long do you keep the advertisements online?
Job advertisements are kept live on the website for 30 days for Totaljobs and Monster and when using the Premium service Reed will advertise your job for 6 weeks.
Is there a guide to writing a perfect job advert?
Yes, we will send you a document on how to get the best out of your advert. There are a few simple rules as job boards work in different ways. Your consultant will be on hand to offer advice.
Does my job go on social media sites?
Yes. We share the job ad with Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter once you have posted it and for the duration of the advertising period.
Why can't I mention my company name or brand the job with the company logo?
As part of the flat fee recruitment process we are purchasing the credits directly from the job board and we are required to follow their strict company branding rules. By not having your details on an advert it minimises unsolicited sales calls from recruitment agencies.
How soon is the advert made 'live'?
We aim to have a job posted and 'live' within 30 minutes from receipt. As soon as we post the job we will send you an invoice for payment. If you are not sure or have any questions it is best to speak to us first on 01483 423997.
Will you send me all the candidates that have applied to my job advert?
You will receive applicants who meet the criteria set in the screening questions and following the requirements laid out in the job advert. We will filter the candidates as you wish and your candidate manager will be in touch with you to find out the selection process.
How do I contact candidates that have applied?
You will have their email and phone numbers. You are able to email / phone directly and the candidates will be aware that you may be selecting them for interview as all candidates will receive an email explaining the procedure.
How do you manage the unsuccessful candidates?
You only need to contact candidates you wish to interview. All candidates are informed that if they are not contacted during the advertising period then they have been unsuccessful with their application.
