Secretary/Administrator - Maternity leave

We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional secretary/administrator to cover maternity leave. The role will start in February and it is anticipated it will be for a 12 month period.

Hours will be 30 per week, usually worked 9.00am - 5.30pm over 4 days but there may be flexibility for the right candidate.

Duties will include:

Typing correspondence, reports, proposals and accounts
Produce invoices through our auto-billing system
Other ad hoc duties to support the whole team and ensure the smooth running of Roffe Swayne including preparation and maintenance of spreadsheets
Preparation of PowerPoint presentations
Help at client and professional contact events
To cover reception when required and field telephone enquiries
Serve refreshments for internal meetings or visiting clients

You will:

Have strong secretarial and administrative skills;
Be well presented with excellent communication skills
Be highly organised with effective time management skills
Be flexible
Be able to prioritise and work well under pressure as well as to work on your own initiative
Be a team player with excellent inter-personal skills
Have an excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel and preferably PowerPoint
Be able to maintain confidentiality and have integrity
