We are looking for two candidates to fulfill the position of a Receptionist / Administrator for our clients based in Godalming and Guildford.

The Receptionist / Administrator is one of the main supports to the business through the professional delivery of reception & administration duties.

As the face of a company, this role requires candidates that possess a high level of customer service skills and are physically presentable.

They are the first point of contact for a company and have to deal with visitor enquiries.

Key Accountabilities:

General reception duties
General administration duties
Answering calls
Arranging meetings & refreshments
Meeting & greeting guests
Letter writing
Arranging travel arrangements for key staff
Mail distribution
Office management including managing office inventory levels
Solid reception & administration experience is essential, ideally in a similar business
Experience of creating & managing filing systems.
Maths & English GCSE grade C above or equivalent
Flexible, professional, articulate
Strong communicator & genuine team player
