£24,500 to £26,000 per annum

We are seeking motivated and innovative candidates for the following roles:

Community Development Officer sector recovery (CD0)
£23,000 to £26,000 per annum, full time

Older Persons Mental Health & Wellbeing Officer (WO)
£24,500 to £26,000 per annum, 0.6 FTE (£14,700-£15,600 actual)

Wellbeing Support Assistant (WSA)
£22,100 to £24,450 per annum, full time

All roles are based on a 36 hour week, offer a contributory pension scheme and operate across the London Borough of Hillingdon

H4All is a formal joint venture between five of Hillingdons leading charities. We offer a range of community health and wellbeing services and provide support to the rest of the third sector in Hillingdon through our experienced Community Development team.

Two post holders will be an integral part of our Community Health team (WO and WSA) that delivers a range of health, wellbeing and social prescription services to people aged 18 and over and the new CDO role will work as part of the Community Development team to support other third sector groups.
