Customer Service / Telemarketing Executive
Location: Cranleigh
Salary: £10 - £13ph + Generous Commission (Negotiable depending on experience)

Custodian Management Ltd. is a fast growing Insurance underwriting and broking company with a modern approach to attracting customers.

The business is based at SMithbrook Kilns GU6 8JJ ( near Cranleigh/Guildford) and specialises in business, negligence and employment dispute insurance for UK SMEs.

We are seeking an engaging, motivated and proactive Customer Service/Telemarketing Executive to help grow the business and be the voice and face of the company. The business has strong growth plans so prospects are good for the right candidate.

The objective of the role:

Ultimately the objective is to:

convert prospects into customers and convert customers into happy customers through great customer service.
gain more inquiries from our intermediaries by being personable, helpful and responsive


The Role for the Customer Service / Telemarketing Executive includes:

Outbound calling to prospects & current customers to capture data and provide insurance solutions
Responding to queries. Collecting information from brokers and clients.
Cleansing records to ensuring database is correct and up to date
Provide excellent customer service to new and existing clients
Administrative duties

Full product training will be provided for the Customer Service / Telemarketing Executive

Excellent telephone communication skills
Confident and comfortable making outbound calls
The Customer Service / Telemarketing Executive will have a friendly manner and be able to build rapport and customer relationships easily
Self motivation
Enjoys providing great service
IT literate
The Customer Service / Telemarketing Executive will have good attention to detail and organisational skills
Pay high attention to detail and have excellent organisational skills

Desirable

Previous outbound sales experience would be an advantage
Recent graduates/school/college leavers considered
Basic IT skills including Microsoft Word/Excel
Driver's licence and access to vehicle (as office not near train station)
