Administrator - 12 weeks Temporary Assignment
£10 - £12.00 per hour

Support Special Projects Officer with day to day activities
Understand and use a variety of internal computer systems
Complete administrative duties which include but not exhaustive:
Carry out all aspects of the garage letting process. (garage inspections, make offers, book sign ups, collate sign up pack and carry out sign up appointment).
The Administrator will assist with customer queries - in person and on the phone.
Day to day running of Orchard - commencing and terminating garage licences.
The Administrator will liaise with rents team to carry out rent checks.
Process garage waiting lists and contact applicants to make offers
The Administrator will produce email / letter correspondence to members of the public.
Ensure essential documents are filed on the relevant computer systems (Civica & Sharepoint)
Administrator duties include but are not limited to
Schedule, coordinate and undertake new garage licence sign ups
Schedule, coordinate and undertake garage pre-termination inspections
Liaision with licensees to ensure keys for terminated garages are returned within specific timeframes.
The Administrator will produce required documentation eg Tort notices, licences, sign up packs etc
Chase/ monitor jobs issued to main contractor
The Administrator will esclate issues that arise, to the Special Projects Officer to ensure minimal impact to the void turnaround.
