STEP 1

Choose your package

We have four advertising packs to choose from.

Our Premium packs are our most popular, ensuring you get the best out of your advertising campaign with a dedicated Senior Account Manager.

The Impact package puts you in control, with powerful job boards and aggregators working to get you the best candidates on the market.

Budget is our starter package using the UK’s largest job boards. It’s a perfect way to recruit for under £200.

STEP 2

Post the job

Send over your job advert.

Your account manager will ensure the advert complies with recruiting standards and legislation, optimise your brief and find the best categories for your vacancy.

The job is then posted and will be live within 2 to 3 hours.

STEP 3

Manage the candidates

Each morning candidate applications are processed onto the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). You can then manage the candidates by:

– Flag the suitability of each candidate
– Identify the application status
– Contact the candidate via your e-mail system
– Make notes on each interview, sharing with other work colleagues

All applicants’ CVs are available to view for a period of six months to comply with UK GDPR. Your account manager is always available to discuss candidates and share evaluations.
